Senior Administrator:

Responsible for ensuring efficient and professional office environment and facilitating the ability of senior management and staff to work at optimal level with information, follow through and support around business development, marketing, scheduling and relationship management. This position requires someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is comfortable working with social media and hands on experience with Salesforce and other database management software.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint and Excel ¬†
  • Have at minimum a BA and four years related work experience


Philanthropic Advisor:

The Primary responsibility of the Philanthropic Advisor is to manage and support client engagements and ensure that the work product delivered in each engagement reflects the values, level of quality and thoughtfulness that is the hallmark of Strategic Philanthropy, Ltd.

This includes helping clients define their philanthropic goals, develop a strategy and structure for realizing them and, when appropriate, support the implementation of giving strategies.  The Advisor works closely with other members of the client services team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.

  • Minimum 4 years of non-profit, foundation management experience and strong consultative/client services experience ¬†
  • MA preferred
