Stephen is on the Finance Committee of the Christopher Reynolds Foundation, the Editorial Board of the EGA Bulletin, the faculties of Sustainable Asset Management (Zurich) and SustainAbility (London), and works with people of color communities in the Southwest on community governance. He is also a shareowner activist with ExxonMobil and Chevron on climate change, financial risk and shareowner value, and co-filer with ExxonMobil on the separation of Chair and CEO. He served as the President of the Jessie Smith Noyes Foundation in the early 1990s and initiated the Foundation’s mission-related investment activities. « back |
