GWB is a funders’ network that promotes effective social change grantmaking for the developing world. Prior to joining Grantmakers Without Borders, John was Associate Director of Grassroots International which supports human rights and development work in conflict regions around the world. He worked for a number of years at Oxfam America, where he was primarily involved in education, outreach and fundraising. John serves in an advisory capacity to several international organizations, including NESST and One World Children’s Fund.
