With more than 12 years of experience managing nonprofits, Aaron’s insight is invaluable to our clients. His knowledge of databases and skill at creating grants management systems for small and mid-sized foundations allows us to be even more responsive to both our clients and the recipients they fund. His expertise in social services delivery, community-based non-profits, and volunteerism provides an excellent and well-rounded skill set in his work with donors.
Aaron was previously the Director of the Majorie Kovler Center of Heartland Alliance, which provides treatment for torture survivors, Executive Director of Volunteer Alexandria, Program Manager at Mediation Services for Anoka County and the Council on Crime and Justice. He has a B.A. in Conflict Resolution from Macalester College, with additional training in outcome measurement, grant writing and mediation.
Aaron is a husband and proud father of two children under the age of 4 (so not a lot of sleep).
